Rates are nett in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast ,10% Service charge & 7% Vat.

No charge for children under 12 years old if sharing a room with adults.
(Charge only American Breakfast 200 Baht)

Pick up service from Airport or Pier is 200 Baht / person / way (at least 2 person.)

For all bookings a 2 days deposit is required.(Cancellation can be before 2 weeks in low season, 3 weeks in High + Peak)
