Sunrise Tropical Villas are single-storey, Thai-style structures based on a theme of simple elegance and utility. Sixteen structures are single units and six structures are duplex units. Of the duplex units, three are connecting and three are adjoining. The duplex units all feature one double and one twin room. Of the single units, eleven structures are classified Tropical Villa Plus.
