Payments Cover System

All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to "thailandtravelholiday.com" only. Payment by credit card
(only Visa, Master, JCB and Amex) are accepted.

Hotels, packages and tours are as described on the hotel and tour fact sheets. Our hotel inventory is currently from all around
Thailand, including Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi Island , Lanta Island , Khao-Lak, Samui Island , Bangkok , Pattaya, Chiang Mai and
Chiang Rai.

All rates are subject to change without notice based on uncontrollable international currency fluctuations or the cost of services we use. Once the deposit is paid, the prices quoted on http://www.princessglobal.com/ remains fixed.

Personal expenses such as visas, international departure taxes, and excess baggage charges are not included.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Due Date is the date by which you must have sent your credit card numbers for the full balance of the vacation. Often this is 2 weeks before check-in; due to different hotel policies, the Due Date can vary however; for various hotels on Koh Phi Phi, Thailand , for example, this can be as much as 45 days before check-in. If payment is not received before this date your reservation is cancelled.

All cancellations must be made in writing by fax or e-mail to Princess Global Travel Service. Refunds are calculated from the day
Princess Global Travel Service receives written notice. There is no refund for any unused part of the hotel stay, package or tour
purchased

Cancellation charges for hotels&Tours:

•  Cancellation and Amendment :
If you have to cancel your reservation or late check in, please do it as early as possible by email or fax. The deposit are usually non-refundable unless other notice.

• Low season (1st May - 31st October): Cancelled within 14 working days.
• High season (1st November - 30th April): Cancelled within 21 working days.
• Peak season (1st December - 31st January): Cancelled within 30 working days.

Note : If notification of cancellation is received more than 14, 21,30 working days, there will be no cancellation charge except for
a credit card processing fee of 10%. If notification of cancellation is received less than 14, 21,30 working days a credit card
processing fee of 10% PLUS one night room charged.

We recommend hotel cancellation insurance.

If for any reason Princess Global Travel Service, cancel the room reservation, package or tour, we are not responsible for
additional expenses contracted by guests planning for their trip such as nonrefundable airfare, visa fees, medical exams, etc

Unforeseen Delays

Delays due to concerns such as bad weather, bad road conditions, swollen rivers, illnesses, government interference, or agent
issues are not the responsibility of Princess Global Travel Service. Princess Global Travel Service is not responsible for the
costs incurred.

Medical Considerations

Princess Global Travel Service cannot give guidance on medical concerns. Please consult your physician in advance about
possible immunizations and any medical questions. Princess Global Travel Service is not responsible for existing medical
problems, medication, or emergency evacuation costs.

Hotel Bookings Availability

There is a limited supply of hotel rooms, especially during the high season. Early room reservation is recommended.

Liability Limitations

Princess Global Travel Service, its associated agents and contractors assume no responsibility for any personal injury, damage
or loss of property during any stage of a hotel visit. This included acts of nature, delays, theft, government restrictions, or any other
annoyance encountered but have no control over.

Once you have made your reservations and sent your deposit, you are bound by the terms and conditions in this agreement.
